The hotel is conveniently located near the main JR station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special, even providing personalized signs and a dessert platter for our honeymoon. The breakfast and dinner buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options and the large, comfortable rooms had great extras, such as three comfortable beds and ample space for three suitcases.
All was perfect, nothing to improve.

Everything was good, including extremely friendly staff that assisted me with the self laundry during the night shift. Location: the hotel was near JR Sapporo station which is a good 10 minute walk in a covered path through Tsutaya and Paseo West buildings, all the major malls located at Sapporo station, and Susukino by the underground walk way from JR station. Popped in Suntory's Garden Sora for shots before sleep, it was just a short walk away from the venue;)))

The complimentary Christmas cake and hot cocoa were a nice touch. the hotel is conveniently located near the train station and various tourist attractions. the free toiletries were of high quality and the beds were comfortable.
The room was incredibly small, barely enough room to maneuver around with our luggage. the walls and floors were thin, making it hard to sleep with noisy neighbors.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Keihan in Sapporo. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by convenient stores and restaurants. The room was surprisingly spacious for a city hotel, allowing me to comfortably fit all my luggage. The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were impressive, and I enjoyed a steady supply of hot water in the spacious bathroom. The highlight of my stay was the delicious buffet breakfast, offering a wide selection of both Western and Japanese dishes. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend Hotel Keihan for a convenient and comfortable stay in Sapporo.

The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with blackout curtains to ensure a good night's sleep. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided is varied, with options of both Japanese and international cuisine.
Noise from nearby train tracks was a minor inconvenience, but earplugs are provided to help with this.

The hotel offered great service from its staff. The rooms were new and clean, and despite being small, it was manageable to fit luggage. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the station and close to subway and bus access. the breakfast provided was a highlight of the stay.
Although the hotel had a hot spring, it wasn't very comfortable compared to other hotels. , it would have been helpful if the hotel provided clearer maps and instructions to help facilitate getting to and from the hotel.
